What should I expect during my sauna session?
Arrive at least 5-10 minutes early, ideally wear your swimwear, and be prepared for an energising cycle of sauna heat and cold exposure. Alternate between relaxing in the sauna and cooling off with our cold showers for the best effect. The beach access is a mixture of sand and pebbles, so bring sea shoes or flip-flops for comfort. Our team will handle the stove, but you can ladle water onto the stones using the equipment provided.
What should I bring with me?
We recommend:
– A swimsuit (for private sessions, it’s optional but cover-ups are required outside and during communal bookings).
– A towel or small cloth to sit on in the sauna.
– Water to keep hydrated.
– Flip-flops or beach shoes.
– An extra towel or robe for the walk back.
– Avoid bringing jewellery or swimsuits with metal, as these can heat up in the sauna.
– We have a small changing space, so arriving with swimwear under your clothes is helpful.
